How To Shoot & Pass Like Di Maria, Modric & Quaresma - Trivela Outside Shot Tutorial

The term "trivela" may sound like a fun Latin dance or even an opera, but Portuguese soccer players recognize it as the name for kicking the ball with the outside of your foot.

Whether the trivela is used to pass, cross, or shoot a ball, its effectiveness lies in moving the ball in such a manner that the soccer defender never knows which way the ball is going. It is a move that is difficult to read and almost always works to your benefit in a soccer match situation.

When I was like 14 this was the only way I used to shoot…. ppl used to say its so sick but I couldn't shoot that well using other techniques… unfortunately I stopped shooting like that for around 7 years now….I'm training so i can become perfect at it again…. still better than your standard footballer at doing obviously XD
