Please don't provide wrong information.-
For gen/obc category student whose family annual income is more than 5 lakhs per annum- Tution fee 1lakh 10 thousand to 1 lakh 20 thousand per semester plus hostel and mess.
Any gen/obc student whose parents annual income b/w 1 to 5 lakhs- tution 50 to 70 thousands per sem
Any gen/obc student whose family annual income less than 1 lakhs-free tution fee

mess facilities and tution fee are free for SC/ST students but they have to pay hostel charges.
As i am studying in an IIT so i might be more aware than him.

TOTAL Baseless information I am a student of IIT. Semester fee is in between 40k to 1 lac. But if you are good you will easily get scholarship.
