D.I.Y. Fluid Art Kit Camel Vs. Fevicryl - Review from my First Attempt

I had been wanting to try my hands on fluid art for a long time and decided to try on these 2 very affordable kits. I had really high hopes from Camel as their acrylic colors are very smooth and Fevicryl has been very aggressively launching new products at great price points.

So here's my detailed review of both the kits:
1. Packaging and contents: I liked the sleek packaging of the camel kit and the fact that it includes a canvas so you don't have to buy anything else. It's a wholesome kit.
Fevicryl kit has 3 bottles of paint, 3 bottles of pouring medium and 1 silione oil bottle. So apart from the kit, you need to buy a canvas to work on and white paint too.

2. Value for money: The camel kit comes at a price of 249/- which is great considering you don't have to buy anything else but the negative point is the quantity of the paint. It has 4 bottles of 25 ml each which is just not enough for the canvas.
Fevicryl on the other hand has launched the kit at an introductory price of 275/- but when you buy the canvas and white paint to use the kit, it will eventually cost you around 430/- to 450/- depending on the brand of canvas. But this kit has 3 bottles of 100ml paints which will last for a couple of projects so I would definitely give the value for money point to this one.

3. Paint consistency: I was really disappointed with the consistency of camel colors. It was too thick to flow and my project almost failed with these paints. I also talked to some fellow artist friends to know if they faced a similar problem or maybe it was just my kit but I surprisingly got the same reviews from all of them
Fevicryl paints have to be mixed with the pouring medium in the ratio 2:1 and they give a super flowy consistency which makes it a clear winner.

4. Ease of Use: I would have given this point to Camel considering it's process is shorter with pouring the paints directly without any medium but since it didn't work for me, I would rather choose a process that's a bit longer but gives me good results.

With Camel you were stingy with colour. Many beginners prefer camel more than Fevicryl as the bottles are premixed with medium
