“Lightbulbs and all that nonsense”

If slot or Klopp or pep did that the studio will be cheering at how good they are.

He's the coach and he gets his team to perform at a high level so it ain't that deep.

Artetas Job isn't just to get the players physically and tactically ready, his job is also to get them mentally ready.
If you cant comprehend that you dont have a clue about coaching.

why do people keep trying to push all star games on football like the ones in american sports are any good plus the clubs would never allow it so somewhat of a pointless debate

Sacchi did 11-v-11 with no ball before playing Madrid in the UCL semi-final. Ac Milan won that game 5-0.

@05:43 it's clear after his time at Chels/living in England, Frank really gets the British humour, for nearly every show when Stevie or Craig are on there, they have him bursting out in laughter at least once.
For me, English, Scottish and Irish are the funniest people that walk this Earth.
Humour is like food & sayings, the best are picked up & travel far and wide, just think of all their globe trotting comedy shows.

10-14th. I think they'll have a solid session.

They have a good defence and midfield. A fit DCL with a consistent Ndiaye, Harrison and McNeil will do wonders for them.

That old man 👴 sitting in the middle hates Arsenal and Arteta more than anything in the world

It was clearly a tactic to warn the team against a false sense of security and complacency. It's easy for Arsenal players to come into the season looking to make up the two point differential from last season. That would be the wrong mindset. They need to heighten the level of caution and come in knowing that everyone will come in to try take from them. There is no guarantee that we'll challenge again.

It’s a metaphor. People are thinking too much about it 😂

Sometimes it's not enough to "buy good players", sometimes coaches and managers will try unorthodox methods to get players prepared and improve attributes that simply kicking a ball around, doing stretches and running the same old drills won't.

Calwert Lewin was never a top player. Even when he was fit.

last couple of seasons, teta has had to connect his ideas to very young players. the methods may have come off cringy or childish but it got through to them at the time
