As the country gears up for the 29 May polls, the Women's Election Mechanism for Peace has expressed concern over attempts to undermine the Independent Electoral Commission's integrity.

This comes after footage surfaced showing the commission's absence of pens at voting sites and accusations of 'vote-rigging' in KwaZulu-Natal's eThekwini municipality.

The CEO of the Desmond Tutu Foundation, Janet Jobson discussed this with eNCA.

I am battling health issues and went for a special vote with help from friends and family. Everything was set up with many officers deployed. Kindness, respect and assistance was shown by all.
Much appreciated. Thank you to all at Crystal Park Primary School, Benoni. A very kind police officer gave assistance to get to the vehicle. I thank you all. SAcans are the kindest, most helpful human beings. I thank you all. 😮🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦

Why caption the video about IEC credibility and then show footage that is of a different matter? We want to know the truth about the IEC.
