Toyota LAND CRUISER Mini || Land Hopper

Toyota is reportedly developing a new compact SUV called the Land Hopper, which is being dubbed as the baby Land Cruiser. It is expected to be launched in 2024 and will compete with the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Jimny and Ford Bronco Sport.

The Land Hopper is expected to have a rugged design, inspired by the larger Land Cruiser 250. It will likely be offered with a variety of powertrain options, including a 1.8L gasoline NA engine, a 2L gasoline hybrid engine, and a 1.5L turbo hybrid engine.

The Land Hopper is expected to be built on a unibody chassis, unlike the body-on-frame construction of the larger Land Cruisers. This means that it may not be as capable off-road, but it will be more comfortable and fuel-efficient on-road.
