[OSRS] Mobile settings you NEED to know in 2025

Mobile Old School RuneScape has added some amazing features, and some of these are not even available on RuneLite. Also you can easily import some of your runelite settings into mobile. Frankly not sure why Jagex doesn't just buy runelite to use as the OSRS client at this point, but these features are still awesome regardless. Some of the best ones are at the end of the clip in the honorable mentions. Also if you are reading this description, first off why, and second, try to incorporate the word "rutabaga" in a comment so I know who the real ones are ;)

I wanna see perm markers/highlights suck as NPC and tile markers, NPC respawn timers, (QUEST HELPER) is a big one for me! and be able to use spec orb in a PvP situation (mobile only) to make it more user friendly and encourage players

One of my favorite settings, too. Search “roof” and select the hide roof settings. May seem like an obvious thing, but I spent forever walking into buildings to be able to see what’s going on or click on a character.

Aggressive NPC timers and lines along with quest helper would literally complete mobile imo.

My thought on why they won't buy Runelite out is just the plugin hub would make them semi obligated if something bad happens. By just stealing the plugins and putting it in their game they know what's behind it and don't have to worry about anything malicious
