Join me, Mike - (Physiotherapist) for this single-leg strengthening exercise routine.
These exercises are more challenging as you work one leg at a time. This will help pinpoint any muscle imbalances, work on your balance, and strengthen your legs and core.
When both legs are equal in strength, it will ensure tasks like walking up stairs or curbs are much easier.

I like these exercises! Bought a stepping platform (smaller size) on Amazon. Used my new step for the first time today. Would love to see more videos featuring steps!

I hear this perfectly Mike. Great exercises for me (62) but many moves I cannot use in teaching my senior fitness classes. The elderly seniors (age 79-95) cannot lunge without risk of fall.
Please could you make a video aimed for the elderly seniors (with high risk of falling) a challenging but safe sequence of exercises? Thanks!

Hi Mike! I have a young son named Mike! I love your Vids. I am 65 and these are the best exercise to help me stay fit that I am comfortable with!!!! I need to keep moving with exercise that enables me to stick with, yet effective for my age.

I love this exercise. It's got everything - squat, lunge, leg strengthening, balance, steps, etc. I definitely have one leg weaker than the other, so this is good for me. I include this in most of my hourly exercises.

These.are brilliant. And not just for the elderly. I have MS and one leg is weaker than the other. Due to the Coronavirus, I was needing exercises that keep me mobile. I love these!

After a hip replacement a long time ago know I favour my other side infact my calf on the right side is much bigger as I compensate using the right side more than the left so hopefully this might help me strenghten my left leg. When I started doing my one hour excercise walk when we had the pandemic my left leg thigh muscle siezed up twice. I had to be referred for physio they said it was down to life style changes as I had been working full time as a medical receptionist and although always on my feet doing my Boris{the prime minister at the time walk had caused my muscle to stop working. So I have to keep it working. Thank you.

I really liked this one because my one side is weaker, not sure if it's the low back or hip, maybe it's both. Thanks.

What do you have sitting on your chair? I tried using a decorative pillow from my couch, but it was too soft.
