I don't know this might be an unpopular opinion but I listened to Putins remarks first and I have to say he was quite lucid... his explanations were concise and thorough. It was like a Ted talk. A lot of history and numbers. Very detailed and very informative and insightful. Then I turn to Biden. And the tone is almost crybaby- ish. I don't think this modern demagogic cursory style of American discourse is suitable for times like these but it's bleeding over into our international scene and its not a good look.
