"You are the continuation of your father". I lost my Dad when I was 2 years old. This meant a lot to me. Thank you.

As with everything, this too can only be experienced through sincere practice. This teaching is what brought me most clarity

I watch so much "spiritual teachers" but I never find them to be very genuine or real. But Thich Nhat Hanh and some other buddhist teachers look genuine to me.

I miss our Master already. May we all be a continuation of your wisdom dear Thay.

Brilliant! One of the 5 best in the Internet. Complete story of Emptiness from Nagarjuna to the Shentong School of Tibetan Buddhism t (Sarvapriyanda - Emptiness).

Lovely talk of Thich Nhat Hanh!
The mixed in music that halfway starts was a bit disturbing...

In all my life ive never had an issue with my father but recently there has been some tension between us. And of course this video somehow ended here on this day, for what reason I do not know. But it helped me get a different perspective on me and my fathers connection and misconnections.

I've experienced some kind of voidness without any substance... it lasted 3 whole days... it was not pleasant... I've experienced the illusion of everything around me... I had no wants, no desires, not even an opinion or judgement because there was nothing around me, no friends, no parents, no self, no identity, no nothing. only emptyness. I lived my whole life based on intensity and strong emotions... it's all a lie.. who am I without all these emotions? it's all ego driven.. even our purpose in life

Great explanation. A lovely video that didn't need the distracting music.

I love and appreciate this explanation. Anything from Thic Nhat Hanh is revealing. The "You are the continuation of your father" I think was wonderful. I was fortunate to have had a great relationship with my father, but what about those who suffered abuse from their father? How could they reconcile this teaching?
Is this a matter of understanding at the relative versus absolute?

Very interesting video on Sunyata, thank you for posting :)
