Is this really a money show. Goodness me - I was shocked when a person called UMES wants to take a loan of 20 lakh and then invest in mutual fund and try to earn from the difference. From what this Nisreen Mamaji says, he has a loan of 20 lakh or so. One of the cardinal rules of Investment is - NEVER TAKE A LOAN AND INVEST. This Mamaji instead of SAYING A ABSOLUTE No, she goes ahead and gives excel based explanation as to if MF gives 10% Goodness me. Wonder what the ET editor was doing. If this is the kind of advise Mamaji is giving, better NOT TO SEE these kind of uneducated videos. Surprised that ET is broadcasting this. UMES if you are watching this, please read this. The only person who will make money is the Loan giver by way of interest and Mutual Fund guys by way of commission. It is pointless to take a loan and invest. Instead whatever surplus you have do a SIP you get 100% return without any outflow.
