Thanks, I recently just migrated to Linux Mint and this was handy. Also surprised they had internet down there. Us here in SEA think Aussies online are just a myth.

I am using Linux Mint 19.3 and my driver manager won't even open

I think the first thing that should be done is to get wifi working. I've been using linux mint 5 days without internet because I do not see how to connect to the internet. There is a network icon in the bottom right of the screen but it shows no connections other than my phone's bluetooth network sharing connection which is so slow and is not what I want to use. I even purchased a usb adapter as it says it's compatible with linux but even this 1 I cannot connect to my internet, even setting up a connection does nothing. Am I missing something here? I didn't realise doing something as simple as connecting to wifi was such a hassle on linux, just 2 clicks on windows lol.

That’s weird, I do have slightly different priorities after installing Mint:
1) burn different distro
2) format nvme0n1
3) install arch
(4) feel just so much better)
