A truly beautiful animation. I feel that it represents girls trying to change themselves just to be loved, but then hating how they’re no longer themselves so well. It’s amazing how well such thing was show clearly in such a short, yet beautifully well done animation.

I’m amazed as always. Keep up the good work and remember that you should never have to change yourself to be beautiful because you are perfect just the way you are, and if others can’t see that, then it’s their loss.

I'm not gonna lie.. This version for "Close Up" HAS to be my favorite for the meme that I've seen yet. There are plenty that I enjoy that might have OTHER things that this one doesn't, but this is the first and only one that has a very compelling storyline that FITS with the song - and actually gives the lyrics meaning. I'm genuinely stunned about how good this is, and I can't WAIT for it to blow up in the recognition it deserves.

I feel like the fake one is the girl on a Instagram related platform saying "Im so beautiful" and the REAL her is where the part says "Oooo" and she is derpy closing her eyes (which is a fcking mood btw). It could be a stretch but it gives me the feeling of "This is how I look on social media vs how I look naturally" type which I LOVE. Bc this time and age, you have to be full of plastic and almost... Like a Barbie? To be liked and honestly, it's sad.
