Death always wins. If someone actually wins, the prize is he'll become something else and that crown would be only a burden. The story keeps repeating in all human ages. We still don't know the solution. Very poetic.

I think that the "winner" in the war is always death because the soldier and the horse look already dead, and he point the rock sign (which means the horns of the devil) so yeah the winner in the war is always death
