Σε αυτή την παρουσίαση κουβεντιάζουμε για Consumer Behavior (Συμπεριφορά Καταναλωτή). Προσπαθούμε να αναλύσουμε πως τα Behavioral Economics (Συμπεριφορικά Οικονομικά) και κυρίως τα Cognitive Biases (Γνωστικές Προκαταλήψεις), μπορούν να μας βοηθήσουν να αυξήσουμε σημαντικά τις πωλήσεις μας, στο eCommerce.

This presentation focuses on Consumer Behavior and explains how Behavioral Economics and cognitive biases affect how people think.

We explore 5 different cognitive biases that can be used in eCommerce and we try to set up a new funnel to approach consumer psychology.
