30% Quota for freedomfighters' children and grandchildren, 10% Quota for backward districts, 10% Quota for women, 5% Quota for minorities, 1 %Quota for physically challenged 44% Based on merit. This 44% quota is for the general public or 18 crore people of Bangladesh. Among these 44% jobs, ordinary people of Bangladesh are completely deprived of government jobs due to illegal recruitment trade question leaks, and recruitment of government party people. So the people of Bangladesh have taken to the streets to establish equal rights for all of the 18 crore population in merit scholarship. They want all rules to be transparent and fair based on merit.
