The colossal statue of Constantine, 13 meters high, from the 4th century AD, has been reconstructed and, as of early this year, exhibited at the Capitoline Museums.

The original pieces found in the past, including the monumental head, have been scanned with photogrammetry, reproduced and incorporated into the digital version of the statue.

Constantine I the Great was a magnificent Roman emperor from 306 to 337, but also cruel and bloodthirsty with his opponents.

It's located where the Temple of Jupiter Optimus Maximus used to be, in the Garden of Villa Caffarelli at the Capitoline Museum in Rome.
