Not sure where you are getting your information, but it is painfully errant. The idea that the Minoan civilization was non Indo-European has long been dismissed now that DNA samples have confirmed they are identical to those of modern Crete and surrounding islands. This is the same with Basque peoples, who are genetically identical to Galician Spanish...the only difference being in linguistics. Your theory that the Indo-Europeans somehow went on a planned, sustained rampage across Europe is beyond bizarre and just plain stupid.

One thing I caught in a Svante Paabo talk on ancient DNA analysis (mapping Neanderthal genome, finding the Denosivans, etc) was a little "side" comment on indigenous DNA from pre-Indo (Yamnaya) invasion graves vs. modern genome ... pre-invasion Mitochondrial DNA survived, Y-chromosomes ... wiped out.

Just sharing as I paused 2 minutes in, after question on what kind of invasion it was. Cheers.

You don’t need to “wipe” people out to spread a language. English replaced Irish, but the Irish people weren’t replaced. Linguistic change doesn’t have to imply genetic or ethnic change. Also, your map doesn’t show Angola, which is odd given it’s in fact the other African nation where the majority speaks an Indo-European language at home (Portuguese).
