I am friends with missionaries who bring bibles to Christians in China. These "hidden" Chinese have their own "underground" Bible college, and in order to graduate, you must memorize all of the New Testament. Many of them graduate every year. Let every American church and Bible college student let that sink in.

These are the immigrants we need. Who appreciate what we offer - freedom. Not those who want “free stuff”. The freedom to choose a path to become productive members of society, not to suck on the teat of an increasingly authoritarian government. There is a difference between a hand up and a hand out. And the current ‘progressive’ strategy seems to be to take money from the productive and give it to people who will continue to vote to get free stuff - handouts. As soon as 51% of the population of the country realized they can vote in politicians who will make the productive citizens slaves to taxation doom is inevitable. Mao, Stalin, everywhere it has been tried socialism, communism, whatever your new label is has ended up with every equally enslaved, miserable, and poor. Usually after the envious lay about have murdered tens of millions of the productive ‘oppressors’. Look at 20th century history. Hitler was an amateur at genocide compared to the communist regimes. The left can and does go too far usually in the name of faux compassion.
