I hope Cassandra is the first dermatologist/cosmetic surgeon that doesn't charge much to remove scars. Hopefully she accepts insurances too. She'd be the first to change the world.

This is so awesome to see someone laying this all out because so many people are clueless or uninformed and continue to struggle with acne

If you have super dry flaky skin that’s prone to breakouts do you still produce too much oil?

I get the odd pimples on my face but have never had it bad or much on my face, where I get it more is on my shoulders and my back, this has been happening for the last year and a half, I was on minocycline and that worked, I've used Retin A and it works but very harsh on the skin at times, now the acne is starting to come back, not as bad as before, but I'm upset it's still happening, even though I'm a guy, it really does effect me and I'm getting sick of it. I use oil free body wash, and just started taking cod liver oil and a Vitamin B complex supplement, I could not find straight vitamin B5 here in Canada at the store at least, this complex supplement does have B5 in it though, can anyone tell me if taking a B complex supplement works? Or should I just take B5?

The editing of back and forth makes it very hard to watch. Thank you for all of this information ℹ️ I really appreciate it.

I always get acne on the side of my face where it comes into contact with my pillow.. I change my pillow case daily or every other day, I deep cleanse my skin, I've tried linin pillow cases, satin and cotton. I bought a new pillow too. This is so tiring I don't understand why I keep getting it.
