I do agree that the dog didn't look particularly happy to see her. But you guys must understand that if it was near drowning, it may not even have the energy to wag its tail. I'm just saying... 🤷‍♀️

Bless her and her dog, my dog was a stray rescued during Hurricane Harvey she was flown to Washington State with other dogs for adoption. It has been like 7 years and she still afraid of water and wind storms. She will not swim at all, bath times are also stressful. I can’t imagine what she went through to have that much fear still.

The dog was traumatized. Animals in the flood swim for hours and hours, tired from all the paddling and confusion of the situation.
