I bought a 58" model 56R3E3 and after 14 teen months the tv just quit, the power light just blinks twice, and the screen just turns a light blue when turned on, run from this tv if you see it on sale

Hi my Sony Bravia TV picture get delayed like while I am watching a video in YouTube then the picture recent scene stops in background and vice versa..It's also showing vertical green lines but gets removed after some time

How do I reset my TV from zoom screen back to normal screen? If I can't see the settings at the top of the screen because it's in zoom mode? I have called high sense and they told me I have to put it back to factory reset. But I can't even do that because I can't get to the setting on the TV.
