Do not overdo anything with a torn meniscus. I’m a former runner and I tore minus meniscus about 2 1/2 years ago and it literally took 22 months for my meniscus to heal I did it with physical therapy and without surgery surgery will actually make it heal I think a little bit faster but still don’t do too much walking around don’t over strain your knee don’t bend down too much and you have to rush your leg a lot which means staying off your feet as much as possible

Love this video so much. We are trying to build a house so I am going to do savings for that. I choose 2 for next week. Sorry to hear that the MRI didn't go well. Thinking of you as you go to the ORA surgeon. My MRI on my next didn't turn out well and I ended up having to have surgery in March.

Great video! Don’t worry about Mark he’ll be just fine I just had my eight-year-old Chihuahua have to have six teeth removed and the rest remaining teeth cleaned back in February I was quite nervous as well as I had gotten him as a rescue in October 2021 and he came to me in very poor health and he went through the surgery and a teeth cleaning with flying colors! I pick number two
