They lie about everything. Once had a narc tell me he hated cheese and wouldn't eat it. Then when we went to lunch one day he ordered a huge cheese sandwich and ate it with no problem. You'll find they lie about everything. She probably didn't even hate mustard...was just looking for a reason to have a fight and make you feel bad. When she's out cheating with the other guy she'll tell him she loves mustard. They're crazy like that.

I really appreciate that he’s sharing what a narcissistic rage is, and this is a mild one. As he said, they come for your soul. They try to dismantle you and as they’re doing it, feel totally justified, then tell you, they wish you were dead…and mean it. Once their storm passes, they love you and only wish you understood them & ask you to please stop hurting THEM.

Hi, guys, I am celebrating! After 18 years of narcissistic abuse marriage, I am finally free thanks to these YouTube videos counselling me. It's only been 2 weeks, but I'm going all the way. I have never experienced so much peace. But now I can see more clearly the damage it has done to my 8 and 5 Yr old daughters and myself. I now have to clean up the pieces. I was riding shotgun with someone who asked for directions to the place we were going, and she got mad at me when I would tell her a direction she already knew, and suggested I was trying to make her feel stupid. I couldn't possibly know which turns she already knew.
Same person once got furious at me for NOT assuming that she knew what I was about to say (I was expressing my feelings about something I was excited about).
It didn't fully click with me about who she was until I noticed a pattern of her picking fights with me in public places, in front of people I cared about. This was a few years ago, and around the time I discovered Richard Grannon's channel, which helped me immensely.

Lol, the things that would cause a complete meltdown. I was meeting him somewhere for a date… on Mother’s Day… 2 months after giving birth to our only child. The place was packed and there was no parking anywhere. Luckily, I found a spot right next to the entrance. His spot involved a two minute walk to meet me. He completely freaked out saying that I was forcing him to make an effort for me to “prove” how important I was. That I needed to re-park my car to “make the same effort” to see him. That he wasn’t going to walk “all of God’s green Earth for my ‘golden p*ssy’”. That I’m not worth his time and effort. It went on and on and on for 20 whole minutes. Then he proceeded to drive around the parking lot for 20 minutes to find a spot near me, screaming obscenities at me in public in front of other families each time he passed my car.

I was like, “Bro, all I did was pull up and park my car in the first spot I found.”😑Listening to all of the “secret nefarious reasons” I decided to park there told me everything I needed to know about who he really was inside. That’s the day my soul left him. I physically left 2 months later.

😂😂 it is hurtfully funny, I am totally reliving it all now. Thank God I am not alone in this, thank God I am actually sane.
An NPD person will attack you where noone else will reach, simply because you don't have any defense in your home, fully expecting your close ones to only love you and be your best friends.

These people are sent to our life to teach us appreciate love and peace the hard way 😅
