I appreciate these conversations. You've got a great take on the world. I think non duality is a form of thought reform. They take away one form of conditioning 'separate self' 'you are not the body' etc. and then download new software/malware into your brain 'you are pure consciousness' etc.

As you say, we're becoming more and loosening our contraction/resistance to life. The body/mind is releasing it's holding on tendency and expanding into what it is in a more open and inclusive way. This includes our individuality which is the lens through which our humanity is streaming. We're each a work of art.

I was a non dualist and very aloof..because im not the body and mind..but this only brought misery to Me and to those around me... now I just meditate for 20 min in the morning..connect to the ALL and try to keep that peace throughout the day.. not trying to be enlightened, just trying to be at peace..

the guru I had was all about enlightenment and doing everything possible to reach that goal...that made my life miserable...im happy now

how can I be more expansive and less contractive..thats how I try to look at every situation..

I must admit that I seriously considered that I did not really exist for a very long time. In fact I was pretty sure I did not exist because I could not find anything that did not change. I totally missed the point that I did exist and that I was continually changing.😂

Here's my personal explanation for the existence of synchronicity: if you were to look at yourself, the only way to truly do that would be to embed a screen of consciousness within itself, like what you get when you look up "recursive screen" on Google images. However if each level of recursion occurred at a different place or time, they wouldn't look the same but would resemble a fractal as you were observing yourself. This fractal nature could appear as some events coincidentally resembling other events.
