Built ur farm yesterday (after 700 days in 1.21 Hardcore), followed every step with extreme caution. Firstly didn't understand where was pillagers, but then I realised that I should kick armor stand with sword😂. It works, got plenty stuff, thx you!

The raid bar fills up but then sometimes disappears after, the other times it does spawn pillagers, but they spawn on the floor even though i covered all of it with torches. Not sure if it's because I had also built in on an ocean biome instead of a deep ocean, or have a portal nearby with glass on top, but I don't think that they affect the farm.

If you use Universal Raid farm in low end pc then lower ur fps and set render distance to 2.

For those wondering why their farm doesn't work on 1.21.2+, here is the solution and explanation.

Solution: Break the scaffolding on y = 191, on the subchunk [9 15 6]. It is the scaffolding above the trapdoor, beside the observer.

I made this farm on my realm. I'm sure the problem is that the villagers are being slowed. Unfortunately, I don't think it's something I can fix. Let my experience be a cautionary tale to research the farm before you build it.
