Predestination (2014) Interview with Ethan Hawke

Based on the short story “All You Zombies” by Robert A. Heinlein, Predestination chronicles the life of a Temporal Agent (Hawke) sent on an intricate series of time-travel journeys designed to ensure the continuation of his law enforcement career. Now, on his final assignment, the Agent must recruit his younger self while pursuing the one criminal that has eluded him throughout time.

He is really into this movie. You see a lot of actors look bored and like they're going through a chore on interviews like this. Ethan Hawke however, genuine, contemplative, insightful. Unlike that rubble who consider themselves celebrities, where none are actually celebrated. They can't even put two words together.

A well-deserved actor to a well-deserving movie.

It may sound strange but this movie is based on Christianity. It's actual meaning is that u can't change fate and what ever is destined to happen will happen however u try to change it. Secondly the birth of the child is based on Jesus Christ. Just like Jesus is born of a single person so is Jane ( though the show as male or female of the same self). Then the female or male of the same person is not new just like Eve being created from the rib of Adam. U even see a scar in the movie in John's body below the chest. Though the girl comes here before the boy.
