The mug warmer is brilliant because your coffee is always going cold. What a thoughtful gift

Wow that's so cool that you get to walk round and pick your tree and watch it being cut down 😍we don't have anything near us like that we just go to a yard of precut trees and choose one

Nice WIP and chat today. You will be getting a lot of good use of that mug warmer, it was a thoughtful gift. Now your brew will not be getting cold all the time on you during your videos. I have just received my Diamond painting that I will be working on and have it kitted up, but not posted yet. Have a good day. I do not have a mystery painting but it is a special one.

This is the first time I've watched a WIP and chat and done some diamond painting myself. It turned out to be the quickest 35 minutes of DPing I've done.
I would love to see you do another painting in different sizes but with a less busier image. Also would love to know if you have ever ordered from Rowe diamonds. I have ordered quite a few over the last year for there. I would like to see what you make of them. I do enjoy watching your unboxing's and opinions on different sellers. See you for the next WIP and chat !!

You did fine at pronouncing my name. In the US we say "her" in Germany it is pronounced "hair". So either way works. I'm glad you will enjoy it.

You can also use your coffee warmer as a candle melt. It heats up low enough to melt scented candles to keep your craft room smelling nice.

Canada has Thanksgiving but it's a month earlier in October on the first Monday and the US celebrates on the last Thursday. We do follow America's black friday tradition in November though

1) how do you keep the diamonds so strait on a circle painting.
2) how do you pick up the drills so easy with your pen. It takes me a couple tries to pick em up
3) Is it worth investing in a "proper" pen or using the ones you get in the painting

Luckily for me, having Thanksgiving in late November sets up my schedule for decorating the house for Christmas. Most of us in the USA get a 4-day weekend at Thanksgiving so as soon as the dinner guests leave and the dishes are put away I haul out my huge 10 ft tree. I'll also put on the movie Holiday Inn in the background to entertain me while I put the tree lights on the tree. On Friday, I ignore the Black Friday sales and start working on the ornaments. Every year I buy my 'good' ornaments (Waterford, Belleck, etc) AND I always make some new ornaments. Oh that's not all - for all the people in my family that have passed, I buy an ornament that reminds me of each of them. I get quite a few new ornaments each year and it takes a little longer to place them all on the tree! The very last ornaments to go on the tree are the first ones I made for my first Christmas away from home - red plaid bows and wooden Disney ornaments I painted. Fewer of them go on each year but there are always a few tucked away in the branches.

Usually I have the tree finished by Saturday night and then decorate the rest of the house on Sunday. Phew! Need to go back to work to rest! I enjoy it for several weeks and the minute Christmas Day has gone by, that tree comes done!! The house is cleaned - again - and I celebrate a quiet New Year.

Fabulous wip and chat! I absolutely adore how type A you are. I am not that way at all but I adore folks that are.
I do have a question for you related to diamond painting : I purchase quite a few canvases from Fansells. As you know, so often they need to be ironed.
I usually replace the clear cover with parchment paper. Use a medium heat setting and find that they get wrinkle free for the most part.
As I work on the painting I find that some wrinkles find their way back up and I am not pleased with the end result. Is there anything that I can do with the canvas "after" it's completed to get it to lay flat again?
I am not ready to risk putting an iron to it unless I know that it's safe. Of course all ironing is performed on the back side of the canvas but is it safe to do after its been completed?
Thank you so much for sharing all your wisdom with us newbies!
Big hugs
Kathy

I use a candle warmer at my desk at work to keep my coffee warm.

I'm from the US, you talked about the "conservatory" what room is that? Are there any other room names that are different? We have Living Room (with TV), Dining Room, Kitchen, Mud Room/Entryway, Study Room, Computer Room/Office, Sitting Room (without TV), Hallway, Bedroom, etc.
