This does not need to happen. Lost robux is almost always the fault of user's negligence. The government does not need to be involved with roblox.

I thought we were already paying taxes on robux because if you use your card it charges a dollar more bc of taxes even has a taxes slot and if you use a gift card your not paying taxes
