Hi guys not sure if this is where to ask this question but here goes. I'm just wanting to know if you have ever thought about sending small teams out into regional areas to give smaller churches a hand and encouragement. I'm from a very small church and I've worship lead for 15 years or more now and sometimes we have only one musician actually 99.9% of the time it's one I would love to see the bigger churches that have the tools and people to come and share and encourage the struggling regional areas. We can't call on the other churches in the region because they are short of labourers to. We only need a small team of people say minimum of four who could lead worship or even the service once in a blue moon. I'm sure my pastor and congregation would love it. Maybe your students would find the smaller churches a great place to get their feet wet so to speak. These are just some ideas and I'm not meaning to be offensive in anyway it's just been on my heart for years that the bigger churches might remember us country folk.
