OMG yesss!
After years... I finally came across a confirmed female Pterinopelma sazimai (Brazilian Blue) tarantula!! They're so rare in the country that nobody ever sells them. Even if they do, at a price where you'd probably have to sell an organ! Well today we'll be unboxing one that I got at a bargain! The seller apparently has no interest in keeping Brazilian Blues for some reason, so I decided to buy it over from him. BEST DAY EVER !!!

I got my Brazilian Blue several months ago. She's already molted once and is in pre molt again. Skittish, she'll be out and about in her enclosure but when I go into my T room and turn on the light, she'll bolt into her burrow. Really fun species! And read something that in the Genus line they are related to the Salmon Pink birdeaters.

I don't own a tarantula, never owned one. Closest I ever got was my best friend had a rose haired tarantula growing up (she was the sweetest thing ever) and when I worked at a pet store, I cleaned their cages. That being said, I find all of these videos super entertaining and educational. Keep up the great work!

I've been keeping P. Sazimai for a while now. Absolutely love the little beasts. Mine have always been extremely relaxed and slow moving. No threats, no bites, just a beautiful species to keep.

I keep expecting the Ts to bolt too and I sit there telling the screen close the enclosure its going to bolt I enjoy watching exotics I didnt realise spiders could have personalities but they do and I love there characters
