I had the same thing happen. It was so bad, I had to wear wigs. I remember getting it bleached and being like… “umm, excuse me? Why is my hair bright 🍊?” She’s like, “we’ll just cover that up!!” It was so fried it turned into dreads and fell out in huge gobs. It was bad. Lol

I went to a new salon. Had a consult. As I was talking to the stylist, I said this is on my hair, the brand, the color, the developer level, etc. I couldn't even tell him what was on my hair he cut me off saying I don't care. I got up and left.
