How To Perform The SA 15Deg DB Incline Bench Press

To perform this exercise, grab your prescribed load, lift it up in the air and fall back. Get nice and steady, lower the dumbbell at a 45 degree angle as far as you can comfortably. Squeeze your shoulder blades together then push to the roof. Repeat as prescribed.
