I just had an epic fail. I bought for $137 the athletic wear - and I literally got a box that looked like they went to a homeless encampment and loaded up. I've never gotten any mystery box with such worn items. Threadbare, pilled, stained, damaged. Nearly all of it. Of the 10 leggings - 8 had wavy or damaged elastic. Cheap Avia tanks with major stains. Dollar store brands - I mean WalMart is better quality. Some of the no name brands with tags so worn you can barely tell what they are. Im in the middle of dealing with them. I would never order from them ever again. Epic fail.

They put that warning to cover their own butts because they know this happens a lot. It is very annoying this happens and it's clear they have too much volume going through their warehouse for them to pay close enough attention. Shame on them but it is what it is.

If it's a "women's box" it's so annoying that they have fine print it might not actually be?? They never seem to send you what you order 😒 I got fake Adidas in a mystery box, who knew that was a thing?? The tags were super cheap looking but it's a cute set so that's annoying
