Secure agent service on the machine and the login to the Informatica Cloud account are two different things, they are not related. Even if the secure agent service is not running, you can still login but you will not be able to run the mapping\mapping tasks or taskflows.

Hi Raj i installed the IICS successfully but in the 30days trial version now the API part is not included how we can practise now the CAI part of IICS? I had taken the course as well but without CAI part in IICS new version how will it possible to practise ?

sir iics dont required any 19c or 21c we can use 11g insted of this
