Bake With Me! | Pumpkin Spice Turnovers w/ Chocolate Drizzle

Hang out with me in my kitchen while I bake these delicious, delectable desserts! I made them with my favorite puff pastry recipe and added a drizzle of chocolate pumpkin spice icing. Very yum bby!

*Pumpkin Filling

-1 can pumpkim mush
-1 egg
-about 3/4 cup coconut sugar
-splash of vanilla
-pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
-allspice (to taste)

*Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Icing

-powdered sugar
-cocoa powder
-pumpkin pie spice
-dash of vanilla
-water

You should try doing the royal icing with pasteurized egg whites 3 egg whites to 4 cups of powdered sugar. Beat up the eggwhites add some vanilla then the sugar. I use it on my Christmas cookies every year. It's much thicker.

They look amazing 🙌 i wish we had pumpkin in a tin here (uk) but i don't think most stores carry it. Waitrose did years ago but I'm not near one. Love the video 💜
