Not a senior but haven't "worked out" for quite a while. Saved many videos but this is the first one done. Did during my lunch break and it was wonderful. Thanks so much!

I absolutely love this! I have arthritis, so find non-seated yoga impossible. This is perfect for me. I feel relaxed, limber and centred. I just wish I could turn down the background music, as it drowns out your voice. If I increase the volume to hear you more clearly the music is overpowering.
