The current issue aside, it feels incorrect that one of the three branches of government gets to do its business in secret.

The Supreme Court of Canada has had televised viewings of its proceedings for many, many years, and their judgments tend IMHO to be much better than the US Court.

Although it does put the integrity of the highest court at jeopardy, with much of the previous decade softening these soon to be “blows, ” I am thankful for whoever did this. As extremely unethical as it is, I’m really worried about someone forcing me to have a child that I don’t want/can’t take care of and know the system can’t handle the fosters they have as it is. It’s just so sad. And to whoever you are, thank you for the (much expected) warning

The fact that they care more about this thing that we all knew would happen because of the court packing, versus having one of the justices spouses taking part in the insurrection is the most annoying part. There's no justice for the poor, the weak, the minorities, and the women in America.

It's so nice to see someone who's looked up the history of this issue. All the other news outlets have no clue wether the leak was legal, or if leaks had every happened before...

The fact that people are more concerned about the leak than what the leak reveals says everything you need to know about them. Also, I am of the opinion that, if SCOTUS is going to hold that much power over the people of this nation, not a single thing they do related to the court should be secret.

Hmm I wonder who might benefit from trying to make the focus the fact the decision was leaked, as opposed to the actual contents of the leak...
