Born and raised in Southern California, Matt moved to Colorado with his family in 2011. Matt is a graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Finance and Management. Matt has been a lifelong student of Capital Markets. His tenured experience in both finance and corporate executive roles is a well-suited addition to the Phoenix Capital Group team. Matt was involved in over 100 debt and equity financings and a party to a dozen M&A transactions on both the buy and sell sides. Matt is married and has three children: 19, 16, and 14. When he’s not attending his children’s numerous sporting events, he enjoys deep sea fishing and all outdoor activities, as well as cheering on his USC Trojans in any sporting event.
