Today were finding amazing food on our trip to St Thomas. The Virgin Islands all have amazing food, and the USVI is no different! Our goal in this video is to try some of the most popular restaurants in St Thomas, and experience great island food. Hopefully, we'll introduce you to some local dishes of the USVI that you might want to try yourself!

It is absolutely essential to try local food wherever you travel, and that is why today we’re going to do precisely that!

The cuisine of the US Virgin islands reflects the influences of many different cultures and food throughout the Caribbean. Still, to really experience it, you need to try local dishes at spots that may not be well-known to tourists.

Dishes like fish and fungi “foon-jee” and strew conch are both unique to the Caribbean and the Virgin Islands!

As well traveled around the island, we spoke with a few of the locals who mentioned that a big reason a lot of these local restaurants are cash only is because tourists have returned home and filed misuse of their credit cards to get money back from trips. Please, please don't be those kinds of people!

This is a great review of the fun tourist spots on STT. Across the parking lot from Duffy's Love Shack in Red Hook is XO, a restaurant/bar that caters to locals, as well as visitors, with friendly bartenders and food that is always good and sometimes outstanding! Try it next time you visit.

Kempa’s food truck at Brewers Beach is the real deal, best Patais on the island, the market at the turn to Coki Point best chicken leg local food for real.

Next time travel to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 entire island and Spanish Virgin Island Vieques&Culebra $4V$5C round trip, Puerto Rico is not only Old San Juan, it for tourists, Ponce and West Coast is better and inexpensive, Greeting of Ceiba, east coast of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 Gilbert.
