Question for you. Is it possible to get under the grillgrate to the hinges on the sides of the Weber grate or do you have to take the whole grillgrate off to get to the weber hinged grate? I'm considering getting this full size version, but I have small ones (for Weber Go Anywhere) that I suppose I could use with the Summit if grate access is a problem
