Beef tenderloins are an expensive cut of meat and you want to make sure you cook them right. Here Jocelyn explains how to tie your beef tenderloin so that you can get an even cook.
I very much appreciate your share! This was a fantastic visual aid, refreshingly concise! Blessings! 🙏

Thank you for this. The butcher wanted an insane amount to trim and tie. Wild Fork has trimmed grass-fed, organic for the same price/pound as Costco, so we're trying this out.

Great job. You made the process so much simpler

My first real home cooked dish I perfected that required some prep and technique was chicken or beef roll-ups using toothpicks. I then moved onto Braciole, pork rouladen and turkey rouladen which require kitchen twine. It looks difficult but after practice it pretty easy. And as you stated, you can always start over. 👍 Love these kitchen tips videos, Jocelyn. Nicely done. Hope you did a tenderloin recipe video. 😀

This is IMPRESSIVE Jocelyn!! Being that I haven't mastered wrapping presents yet, NO chance I'd manage this 🤣😂

Nice video Jocelyn! I never realized why some foods are tied up like that.

Forget about wrapping tamales for Christmas, I got a date with the butchers twine.
