Yes I did this exercise a few months back. I asked my future self what to do about my relationship. My future self was so wise she told me to not see my husband as obstacle and see him as my best friend that he truly wants the best for me and our family. He might not use the right wording sometime but that’s why we have each other because I sweeten him up and he makes me tougher. ❤️

- When we are in situations where we don't know what to choose, we're used to looking externally for answers (calling friends, hiring experts, reading books, watching content) but we forget that we have an internal well of wisdom already available inside us

- To find clarity from inside out:

1. Tap with your higher, wiser, future self

• Close your eyes and put your hand on your heart
• Ask yourself:

What do you really know about this situation?
What do I need to know and understand?
What's my next move?

• Answers usually come in sensation (lightness/dread, fun and easy/difficult)

• Yout voice when you tap into your higher self is not harsh and it is always kind

2. Guided Writing

• Meditate for 20mins to let the chatter in your mind to slow down and access a different part of yourself

• Tap into your higher self, ask the same questions above, and write all your answers.

• Don't judge your writing, just continue writing.

• When you reach a stopping point but don't feel satisfied with the answer yet, ask "what else do I need to know about...?"
