When I click on Get Genuine Office it takes me to a Get Office 365 page. My office 2019 is Genuine. Is this a way to sell 365? Is there a way to stop the message?

A. Close all Office applications first (word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
B. Open New Excel Blank Workbook
C. Go to File - Options or Open Excel Options
D. Click on General then Click on Privacy Settings...
E. Find Optional connected experiences and Uncheck Enable optional connected experiences
F. Click on ok
G. That’s it

A. Close all Office applications first
B. Go to :
- C:\Windows\System32 or
- C:\Windows\SysWow64 folder
C. and delete the following files
D. That’s it.

This problem occurs when installation file example 2019 en-us and u have activated with multiple keys example 2019 and 2016 both keys are activated. Simply go and uninstall one key example 2016 key... There are multiple videos available which help u out

Windows 10 Pro, Office 2019. I did this and i still have the issue. Plus: i get one bigger pop up window immediately AFTER i open Word, and before even opening a Blank page: it says: "Theres a problem with your Office licence....etc etc etc..." and a button that says "Get genuine Office".

Unfortunately, this method and almost all methods posted on Youtube do not work on MS Office 2021 LTSC on Windows 10 x64 . I can not find these file OGAADDIN.DLL or OGAVerify under either System32 or Syswow64 or even searching the whole registry. I guess all techs need to keep up to what Microsoft is doing. I tried all these tricks including using command line yet the message is still there
