Secure the Garland: Use command hooks or tape to attach the garland to the wall or desired location.
Add Finishing Touches: Fill in any gaps with mini filler balloons

Great job..Mega shine is good as well and I've tried regular tire shine too but only for non paying events. I like the way you do your clusters and rubber bands are easy for the 5 inch fillers as long as you don't try it with the 16-19 inch ones or larger, 260q works better for those to me. TFS
