They could have been completely brainwashed in that time, so why would you expect her to be fully aware and conscious of any danger she may be in

I really like Ethan he’s my favourite character but April is right in this situation. It’s dangerous letting someone go who could be in danger themselves, yes they have a right to leave if they don’t want to be treated but still I wouldn’t let them go if I knew they could get hurt or worse

Really interesting, but weird scenario. I work with vulnerable clients and if we even smell a whiff of possible danger or vulnerability in *anyone*- a safeguarding report is IMMEDIATELY raised. Kinda bizarre such a protocol wouldn't be initiated in a scenario like this one 🤔

Maybe this is just a 'suspension of disbelief' type of situation 😊😅

Isn't there rules saying that doctors have the right to intervene when a patient might be in danger whether from themselves or others? I know for children they call the police CPS if they believe abuse of any kind is involved
