How Long Does a Facelift Last
We do get this question quite often of how long does a facelift last and much of it revolves not necessarily on the surgical technique but on the quality of the patient's skin and in general health. For the most part I tell patients that they will have a five to seven-year time period where they look much-improved depending on the age. The patient may begin to have some laxity of the tissues beyond that time. However, I tell patients that they will still look more refreshed and younger than they would have otherwise.
