It’s a common misconception that they’d just a “gang” or “criminals” but they have far more power then that, gangs and criminals fear them, they are above the law. My family no longer lives in Mexico as they threaten to take our ranch and use our property. We still own it and have other family and friends check on the ranch, feed the animals, keep it clean, just a to make sure they haven’t stolen or emptied the houses for their own:/, it really sucks but it’s just not worth it Living in fear.
