Very nice house here, but $5.8 million is a lot of money to spend on a house that has no garage. Just a driveway and a carport. If anything the developer could have given this house at least a one car garage or a long tandem garage instead of an old school carport.

This tour by far is your best. You look so much more relaxed as you walked around, you took your time describing each room and by explaining the pros of each made it more like a home. Question however, was there an elevator? As someone that can not walk up 4 flights of stairs, it is an element that should be told either yes, or no. Keep up the tours!

The home is very nice. The Junior Suite and Master Bedroom are really nice. The bathroom to the Junior Suite needs to have a dual sink area. The Master Bedroom room with the small terrace is so comfortable. Yes, a great area for morning breakfast!!

I really like this house! The amount of natural light you get, the wide plank floors, great wall space for art, clean lines, built-ins, tall ceilings...so much too like. And location seems pretty prime. Wish it had an actual two car garage but definitely could compromise. Great Job!
