Sad truth. As a fully paid-up rates citizen in the Western Cape, the DA does not deliver. It took me SEVEN years to get a corrected reflection of water usage on my property. For this, I point to Felicity Purchase whose career is safe on sound, living on the rates I pay. There is not one party that delivers in South Africa. Not one. Any chance anyone has a solution, rather than a documentary describing failures?

Yes, if only the coalitions would work together. Asd an example JHB has suffered a lot partly because the ActionSA is an unreliable partner, they have pulled out of every coalition they have entered and have repeatedly attacked the other coalition members. Mashaba is clearly anti DA, to the point where he will rather work with the ANC and EFF than with the coalition. Until we have mature reliable people in a coalition we will be stuck in this mess, and until Mashaba can get over himself with regard to the DA and act maturely he will continue to be a problem.
